Advantages of specialty coatings

Abrasion-resistant sealing
Especially a permanent mechanical resistance of the coating is a prerequisite for long-term results. That means, the coating is – in contrast to the described silicone products – abrasion resistant. Abrasion or indeed mechanical stress are individually defined differently, depending on the application. Therefore, a few concrete examples:Glass sealing
On smooth surfaces in indoor and outdoor applications, such as window glass or glazed tiles, the coating remains intact when wiped with a cloth or sponge. By contrast, vandalize scratches, perhaps with a knife or a blade, destroy the sealant. An impractical procedure. The truly relevant protection is provided in full with proper use.
Paint sealant
Similar is the situation with the car or motorcycle. As normal conditions such as dust, dirt or mud does not harm the nanocoating, for example, stones that would also damage the paint without sealing, can destroy the protection partially. Thus nanoproducts are basically already suitable for the protection of motor vehicles, but depending on their everyday use the effect is subside relatively quickly or over several years.
Sealant for facades and stones
For open-pore surfaces, such as plaster, natural stone tiles or patio stones, the resistance to mechanical stress is much more pronounced. The reason for this is obvious: the fact that the nanocoating moves into the material, let it accumulate on the surface, that even scratches do not harm the coating. The underlying layers take over the protective function. Thus, garden furniture can be moved normal or even cars can use a driveway without anything happens to the coating.
UV-resistant nanocoating
Another essential point is the resistance to UV radiation. The life-giving rays of the sun have a wide range of different types of radiation. This includes the radiation which is in the ultraviolet (UV) range. For humans, this is of course invisible, but their effects – positive and negative ones – are well known especially for the human skin. Even silicones, the main ingredient of many nanoproducts, is very sensitive to UV radiation. Therefore, the nano effect in the outer region decreases relatively quickly, after 3 – 4 months.
Product based on minerals do not have this problem. Since minerals do not change under sunlight, the full protective effect of nano-coating remains intact. So a definite plus for this technology and the essential justification to ideally choose this one for long-term durability. The resistance is also given regardless of the coated surface, so no matter whether smooth or rough.

Food-safe and allergy friendly
The chemical composition of our nanoproducts guarantee their food authenticity. The fact that only natural raw materials are used, there is no danger that food can take any kind of components of the coating. Since it as a microscopically thin layer of glass on an object, e.g. a countertop, also germs can fix and reproduce less. Glass is known as the most hygienic chemical formulation that exist, and on top one of the most stable.
In the sum of the properties the compatibility for allergy suffers is included. When the nano-coating is cured, the quartz lattice is thus completely interlaced, and the solvents are evaporated.
Solvent means in the case of our products distilled water or ethanol (alcohol). Allergies to alcohol are known only in the form of intolerance in consumption, as against various minerals. Our nano products are not intended for human consumption, the alcohol used is denatured. Against distilled water (i.e. in the application of products, but not after full interlacing) only the aquagenic urticaria is known. Sufferers should not handle the products. The fact remains: in a professional and proper use of the products in accordance with their intended use, an allergic reaction is unlikely. Excluded in the cured, interlaced state.
